FAQ

Where are you located? We are currently located in Chicago.
 
What are your business hours? We are open for business between the hours of 9am-6pm (Central)
 
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, Paypal and Bella Craze gift cards and merchandise credit.
What is your exchange/return policy? Unfortunately, returns are not accepted since each order is not pre-made, but specially, hand and custom made to the customer's want/needs. However, if the product does not meet the customer's needs, please contact us by phone or e-mail for further detail of merchandise credit. 
How long will it take for my order to be made? Please allow up to 14 days/2 weeks, each garment is carefully hand made. If garment is ready before or after the 14 days (due to high volume orders), you will be notified immediately.   
Will I be emailed my tracking number once my order ships out? Yes, you are emailed your tracking number once the order has been approved to ship, assigned a tracking number and handed over to the warehouse for shipment. Please note: Although your order has been marked shipped and you receive this email confirmation, please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking information to be available.
 
How long does it take for my order take to ship? Most orders take 2-5 business days, after custom order is completed (sewn).
